Delete in the app

1. Open BT Finder and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Open Settings.
4. Select Delete account and confirm.

Request by email

Email contact@btfinder.app from your registered address with subject Account deletion request.

What we delete

• Profile information
• Credentials and auth identifiers
• Location history tied to your account
• Chat and match data tied to your account
• Push notification tokens

Timing

We typically complete deletion within 30 days, except limited legal retention when required.
